USERS TERMS OF SERVICE

1. You do not own this or any course/class or video on Camaj School of Fiber arts.  You do not have the right to share, copy or sell any of the courses, videos or any other information in Camaj School of Fiber Arts. In essence, you are paying for the right to view the video for a certain amount of time ie. the life of this platform or the lift of the creator(s) or the amount of time specified when you purchase a course.  No courses are downloadable. PLEASE DO NOT SHARE YOUR USERNAME AND PASSWORD WITH ANYONE ELSE.  YOU PAID FOR THE COURSE, THEY SHOULD TOO.  This is my living, so please be respectful.

 2.  Some videos have an end date which will be clearly marked on the welcome portion of the course. You are free to watch them as much you desire during that time. Take good notes!

3.  Some videos you can watch as much as you want for as long as this platform or the creator of this site is alive.  If the platform dies or the person(s)  creating this site dies you no longer have the right to view the video. Nor do you have the right to request a refund.

4.  If this particular platform, for any reason, is no longer used to "house" Camaj School of Fiber Arts you will no longer have access to any videos. Nor do you have the right to demand a refund or demand the video from the new platform. There are no plans to change platforms for a very long time.

5. You do not have the right to copy the content of a video and create a course of your own.    

6. The creator of this site or any of the instructors shall not be held liable if you ruin wool, fiber, harm to your body or any fiber tools following any of the videos using unsafe or incorrect procedures or techniques.  

7.   We may appoint independent sub-contactors to assist in providing Online Courses or use third parties to arrange or supply certain aspects of, or services in connection with, our Online Courses. You agree that our obligation to you is to use reasonable care in selecting competent, independent sub-contractors and third party suppliers to provide reasonable services related to the Online Courses. You agree that Camaj School of Fiber Arts is not responsible for the actions or omissions of such sub-contractors or third party suppliers.
